Universal precision seed drill has been built on the basis of existing solutions in seed drills applied in agriculture and gardening, as well as the SPS precision seed drills manufactured by OTL Jarocin.
The seed drill has been designed for precision sowing on areas of tree nurseries and optionally after a conversion of the device in tree nursery beds.
Technical features:
- mounted on tractor's three-point hitch
- works together with tractors of 45-75 kW engine power rating
- equipped in 5 sowing sections
- the interval between each section is adjustable
- sections are typically adapted for sowing big seeds (beech, fir, without the possibility of sowing oak) and the set includes parts for conversion to adapt for sowing small seeds
- two-row sections with 50 mm spacing between the rows
- sowing depth of 0-60 mm
- intervals between seeds in a row are adjusted through changing the transmission ratio in a 10-gear gearbox or through replacement of the sowing disc with another disc with different number of openings
- powering the sowing sections is connected with the speed of ride, which ensures regular spacing of seeds in the rows
- the typical work width of the seed drill is 1500 mm (optionally it can be manufactured 1300 or 1700 mm wide).
