The Universal Mulcher RSD20 (together with a roller and fixed shredding teeth) due to its construction has been designed for shredding the surface of dirt roads that are covered with turf or roads partially treated with rubble or asphalt waste.
This action should be performed each time directly before road leveling and compacting. Additionally as a result of application of traditional mulcher components the device can be used for treatments connected with shredding of logging slash or other shredding treatments.
The machine is mounted on and powered from tractors supplying a minimum power output of 140 kW (a 4 wheel-drive tractor is recommended). Power requirement depends strictly on the applied working depth of the rotor.
Simplicity in adjustments of the device is brought down to possible changes of the position of the main body relative to the main frame of the suspension using the top linkage of the 3-point hitch (during the work ride), as well as adjustment of the height of the skids (stopping the machine is required).
